Original Hot Yoga 90

We teach Original Hot Yoga, featuring 26 beginner postures, or asanas, and two breathing exercises.

The Original Hot Yoga series is designed to heal the body systematically through performing the asanas in a set sequence. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints needed for the next posture. Our method also stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body. This helps restore all systems to a healthy working order.
