Studio 26 is pleased to announce the addition of Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm.
Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.
An invigorating, active class where movement and breath are combined. Poses run smoothly together and sometimes feels like a dance. Physically challenging, mentally calming.
