Natasha is a seasoned yoga teacher with 20+ years experience in the health and wellness industry. Natasha has been practicing yoga for 30yrs and teaching since 2002.
In her classes she guides students to investigate and evolve their own process through breath and movement.
Incorporating anatomical principles for safe and sustainable practice, Natasha offers a contemporary approach in her teaching and classes. This in turn gives space for folks of all levels and experience to build their own authentic yoga practice.
Natasha is a certified yoga teacher with over 1000hrs of teacher training from Vancouver, Winnipeg, and California. She is certified in Hatha yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
