Practice with mindful intention. What?
Move your body with intention and breath. We don’t throw ourselves around willy nilly and expect our bodies to learn and understand. Set your intention, move with awareness and find your expression with your best impeccable form and alignment. Your expression does not have to perfect, it has to be yours to the best of your ability at that moment. Breathe and hold in stillness.
