What to know before you go
PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE STUDIO NO LATER THAN 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS. This is will give you time to register and receive a studio orientation. All Hot Yoga classes are drop-in so you do not have to pre-register for classes. Just show up!

The studio has locker rooms for men with three showers and women with four showers. We open 30 minutes before class starts. Mat and towel rentals are available. You can purchase water and Gatorade or coconut water for electrolytes. We have a retail section which includes yoga mats, t-shirts and Hydro Flask water bottles.
How to Prepare for Class:
The room is kept at 105 degrees and 40% humidity, so be prepared to sweat! Come to class on an empty stomach. Do not eat for 3 hours before class. If you must eat, fruit, yogurt or a granola bar is best. Be well hydrated before class. As you practise, you will want to drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
Wear light clothing such as a sports bra and shorts. Shorts for men. Try to avoid sweats or baggy clothing. Be comfortable!
Bring a yoga mat, a bath towel and a liter of water. If you forget, we have these for rent and sale at the studio.
No socks or shoes in the yoga room.
No cell phones, pagers or PDA’s inside the yoga room.
Please do not talk in the studio. Respect the silence of your neighbors. We encourage you to talk and socialize in the lounge before and after class.
Practise only the Hot Yoga series as described by the instructor. You may practise other postures or variations before or after class.
Bring ONLY your Yoga mat, bath towel and water into the Yoga room. No purses, gym bags, cell phones, laptops or coaches, etc.
Classes are 90 minutes and begin exactly on time.
