Exciting New Fall Classes
Total Body Tone (TBT)
Mondays 6-7 pm
Total Body Tone is designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. The class focuses on toning and tightening all major body parts while using a variety of props including bands, free weights, bolsters and steps.
Wednesdays 6-7 pm
Power Yoga is an energetic practice that uses an organically flowing series of postures to create heat within the body, and to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
Both classes are taught in our Fitness studio and limited to 10 students to ensure a more personal training experience.
