Warm 26 Yoga with Todd

Studio 26 offers Warm 26 Yoga for our students that unable to attend our regular programs because of physical limitations or an intolerance to the heat due to medications. The room is warm, about 80-85F (27-29C) and all the postures are done once in this 75 minute format. Todd discusses modifications and demonstrates the use of straps and the ballet barre between the postures to prepare the students for the next posture. Questions are encouraged and answered in this open and comfortable environment. Ideal for seniors but attended by students with injuries,  physical limitations, anxiety or simply a desire to learn how to modify postures safely and effectively.

This class is suitable for all levels.
