Hi, my name is Tania and I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I have primarily been a student of the Core 26 Hot Yoga, which I continue to practice today. In 2015, while vacationing in Mexico I accidentally found myself in a Kundalini Yoga class that was taught in Spanish. I felt so amazing after just one class I went back every day for the duration of my trip. I continued to practice Kundalini Yoga the following year and decided I wanted to immerse myself completely and attended a 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher training immersion at the Golden Temple in Guatemala at Yoga is Unity, with Joshua Param Sevak as my teacher. I am eager to share this very accessible and dynamic practice of Kundalini Yoga with the wonderful and inspiring Studio 26 community. I am truly honored and grateful for the opportunity to continue to learn, practice and teach this most inspirational yoga practice.
