Bikram Yoga Certified Teacher

In 2007 I found myself practicing Bikram Yoga regularly. It was challenging both mentally and physically and became my central hub for healing. Within a few months of practicing I knew I wanted to be a teacher. Not only did I want to spread the energy of this amazing yoga but I also wanted to experience the training involving two classes a day for nine weeks being taught by some of the best Bikram Teachers. I became a certified Bikram Instructor in the spring of 2011.

Bikram Yoga will help you peel away every single layer of built up stress, anger, and toxins. You will gain flexibility, determination, strength, both mentally and physically. What I found MOST amazing about this yoga is that it allows you to let go and rise above anything that may cause you pain or frustration. It is a powerful thing to be able to let go.

I feel blessed to be able to teach and practice yoga at Studio 26 and I look forward to seeing you practice and grow in the hot room.
