Real Hot Yoga
We teach traditional Hot Yoga, created by Bikram Choudhury, featuring 26 beginner postures, or asanas, and two breathing exercises.
Our Hot Yoga series is designed to heal the body systematically through performing the asanas in a set sequence. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints needed for the next posture. Our method also stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body. This helps restore all systems to a healthy working order.

Studio 26 offers Kid’s Classes
Studio 26 Hot Yoga offers Kid’s classes on Saturday and Sunday. The kid’s programs are 45 minutes and taught at room temperature. The Registration is pro-rated so kids can start at anytime or they can drop-in and try a class. Check out the details on our Classes page.
