New Schedule starting Oct. 13, 2020
Todd’s STEP Class NOW at Studio 26!
Studio 26 now has a non-heated Fitness and Conditioning studio. We are providing a variety of classes, including Todd’s STEP Class. While we are facing the challenges of physical distancing, there is space for 8 participants in the fitness studio. So, book your class early! The first STEP – Power Hour is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 18 from 12:45-1:45 pm (followed by Pilates Core Power from 2:00-3:00 pm).
Conditioning /Toning, Weight Training, Circuit Cardio as well as additional Yin and Pilates Core Power classes will also be scheduled in October.
